Many people hope they will be saved someday. Others believe their past mistakes are too great for God to forgive. But the Bible tells us something wonderful: God wants us to know that we are saved.

God loves you. He created you and desires a relationship with you. The Bible says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son” (John 3:16). His love is not limited by your past, your failures, or your circumstances.

Yet there is a problem that affects every person. The Bible says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23). Sin separates us from God, and no amount of good works can remove that separation.

But God made a way. Because of His great love, He sent Jesus Christ. Jesus lived a perfect life and died on the cross for our sins. Then He rose again. Through Him, forgiveness and new life are available to everyone.

How can you receive this salvation? The Bible says that if you turn to God and place your faith in Jesus Christ, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is not earned—it is a gift of God’s grace.

God wants you to be certain. The Bible says, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life” (1 John 5:13).

Today you can come to God, trust in Jesus, and begin a new life with Him.
